Lots of good duplexes in both Tacoma & Everett at that price point, especially if you're ok with a light-to-medium rehab as you mentioned.

My wife and I own rentals in Tacoma that have done well for us and love the amazing networking BP has brought.

Most of the neighborhoods in the greater Seattle area are out of my price range so I am considering other markets in the region such as Bremerton, Port Orchard, and Tacoma.

Hi Michelle, we would be a good fit, but unfortunately Tacoma is a bit far for us.However, have you looked into a reverse 1031 exchanges to address the timing risk?
