There are so many more niche's in real estate, I would not want my pastor looking, negotiating, inspecting, paperworking (lol) a new church site by himself...

i exausted church donations, charity donations/...my 401k is maxed, to reduce taxes....i have brokrage mutual funds but all those gains are taxed....10 k in gains...adding to my pain....What else can i use for deductions for this year, before i submit my taxes to IRS?..

My brother explained that even though he was homeless, churches and shelters provided everything he needed to live a comfortable life, by his standards.

Having an old fashioned barn raising or in this case "roof raising" with friends and family members , church members .

Church is property tax exempt.
