Make sure to check on your towns local ordinances which may require the pets be registered or ban certain breeds.

If you were to win a case like this (which I hope you don't) landlords can begin to ban their tenants from smoking just like bs city ordinances that ban people from smoking in public places (like bars) which is a true annoyance;and bring those same kind of bs rules into real estate.

Here in Riverside County, CA, they have banned hotels, short-term rentals, etc. from operating until June 19th (subject to revision) and I expect the stay at home / shelter at home timeline to carry to June 19th or so as well. 

If you were in a different state that has direct eviction protection, you could be out, 60-90 days for the eviction ban for non payment.
