Seems like the Wild West when it comes to underwriting, but my hunch is there is profit waiting for you on the other side if you persist.I’m sure this will evolve over time as more municipalities ban STRs and operators convert them to MTRs.

And I learned this because one year that happened but each person who lost a property would have had to bring a separate lawsuit to invalidate their particular property ( which happened to us one time. )Bid for assets requires a 5k deposit to bid and if you bid and don't send in the rest of the money U lose it plus get banned from bidding again.

Here's the problem:Not a week goes by where someone joins BiggerPockets and answers a question on the forums, and as part of that solution, recommends some company that does a fantastic job of solving some problem that the OP has.This would be great if these people were actually doing so because the solution/company is what the poster was looking for.Unfortunately, these people who are claiming to be "satisfied customers" are almost always either: a) the owner of the company b) an employee of the company c) some other shill of the company.
