You tube and Facebook

They have put out very good content on BP and you tube.

I prefer newer (no lead paint / foundation issues / knob and tube etc ).

I look at the big ticket items - roof, siding, windows, boilers, electric (knob and tube?)

If it’s just some tubes and a little bit of wood, you’re done there - other than maybe a yearly checkup.

Another strategy we have been using is looking for houses with unfinished basements (typically Everett seems to have the most of these), but the caveat there is more often than not these houses are quite old (1930-50s) and can still have original knob and tube wiring, cast iron plumbing, asbestos or lead-based paint which can add a significant amount of cost to rehab without necessarily seeing a proportional return.

Its probably a cheap quickset lock  ( Tenants generally arent buying expensive locks) I have done it and they work Look up bump key on you tube 

Because of my medical poor condition leaves me much time to learn and i found BP about 22 months ago when i was looking for something that is more flexible and had some knowledge for.I have spent some time on you tube listening to successful people.
