I've read the wholesaling threads with people trying to justify their superior talents over real estate agents in accomplishing a deal.......horsefeathers, you don't have a clue what agents do, as they do everything a wholesaler does.

IMO, 2 bed 1 bath are superior to 1 bed 1 bath as it allows more flexibility as to rental demographics (people can have a guest bedroom, an office, a kids room, etc.).Sounds like you're looking to build.

@George W. you keep making the same failed argument that something far superior is not perfect.

I ended up getting Superior Construction and Trinity Masonry out to take a look.

@Michael Bowser I tried Cozy and Innago, Innago was the superior product. 

In my opinion, both have their pros and cons and neither is 100% superior to the other.

She was reporting her students grades to her superiors and they were not good.

My belief is that real estate will provide superior returns to other asset classes so I choose to allocate my funds there.

The program has allowed me to take some properties in marginal areas, rent them and get a superior cash flow.
