No cable, just Roku and internet.

I imagine you pay retail for gas, groceries, cable & everything else.

A "V" shaped recovery looks to have been a fantasy. 

So I'm amazed that anyone thinks this will somehow be a 'V' shaped recovery given those factors and more. 

I'm not betting on a V-shaped economic recovery.

The thing as far as guests go, the majority will not be a/v afficionados.  

You need the home to be ready at a moment's notice so you can't turn off the heat or cable/internet for the winter, your cleaners are likely to be in Florida, our condo building would be locked up, etc.

So I have not used guest mode on my Rokus because I was afraid that once I do that, then the Xfinity Stream app (which provides my cable TV and local channels on all my Roku devices through out each cabin) will be logged out as well.  

I called a contractor that evening to help us bring the door back down and upon inspection, the contractor said the damage was most likely due to uneven springs/cables and a motor that was set too high (9).

It is all pex now, but I use the Easy Heat Freeze-Free cable over it.
