It can get messy and people will automatically assume the place is theres to rent even if you tell them.

And I agree, telling me my PM skills suck and I need a professional to unravel this mess is VERY INSULTING, but I'm sure that won't stop you or anyone else for that matter. 

I, thankfully, had a pre partnership fall out and if we had rushed into a deal, it would have been messy.

@Lionel Henderson I've known investors who have owned and sold mobile home parks only to get into self storage.

If you do the tiles, you get into the walls and they are a pain to remove and very messy.
