It is important to remember that any business venture should make a profit within five years or else it may be considered a hobby by state and federal governments, which could result in hefty fines.

They are no longer going to be taking questions on the calls; it is just an overview of the programs.They did mention that they will be looking at your credit history and ability to pay back the loan, hobby businesses are excluded, and there are a list of exclusions online of what the money can be used for.

When you retire, do you want to spend time with family, pursue hobbies, volunteer, travel....? 

I am doing my best to be thorough in my property evaluation and approach this as a business rather than a hobby, but recognize I offer no personal experience in this arena.

Account Closed if you're working full time already I wouldn't advise you to take on hobby-wholesaleing... its super competitive out here and your time, energy, and money are better spent elsewhere in REI. 

I have never been there, but buying houses there is my hobby.

When you are not working, develop a hobby or business you can do on the side that you enjoy. 

Even the things you like to have for breakfast or the hobbies you pursue in your down time.
