In fact, a few years back, shortly before closing, the City had a referendum / initiative to ban STR;s entirely.

After California banned using a cellphone while driving in 2009, for example, people would park on a side street to make their calls.

So what do you think the legal opposition to the President's travel ban is based on. 

If wholesaling were to be banned nationwide, what is your best alternative strategy or next steps to consider?

I heard that STR's are banned in St Petersburg but you can only have 2 reservations per year under 30 days and the rest have to be over 30 days which is considered MTR. 

The STR ban hurts.
