I can buy a foreclosure cheap, get an unsecured home improvement loan, fix up the property and refinance the cash back, and start over again with even more cash than I started.

Or those that leverage bit coin at the wrong time and lost hundreds of thousands on that play.. and for sure character assassination on the internet is not going to right the ship crazy  I do not work for Norada I have never met Marko.. my points are that you folks simply did not do enough due diligence up front and were blinded by the high returns and clearly did not understand the risks of unsecured notes/Junk bonds..

And market rent's are now at $2,856.09.haha lol what you teaching here is multiple real estate pyramid and dividend reinvestment more or less so.I do that too and that's the secret recipe to pay off 30YFM in ten years, it's basic math .....but our guy problem here is single cash flow asset unleveraged vs leveraged s&p ;-)single asset Cash-flow can not beat S&P even if it's leveraged BUT single asset highly-appreciating asset with leverage CAN beat S&P.

You have to furnish the property which are funds you are spending unleveraged and management fee's are easily 20% of revenue.
