I'm an incoming freshman at University of California, Riverside and I decided to join because I want to get involved with real estate because I've heard and read about countless stories of people getting financially independent through it and I am extremely motivated to get involved as soon as possible!

In my experience, and my daughter's experience, and countless others, we were royally ripped off.  

Because my personal experience, and that of my daughter, and countless others you'll talk to - were all royally ripped off with all those fees.  

If you invested here, you'd be stuck for over a decade before you even had an opportunity to break even.You've also, by the context of this post, trashed the core investment strategies of Blackstone, NRZ, Fundrise and countless other REITs who undoubtedly would run circles around 95% of the members on this forum. 

I may seem a little in the dark to be a landlord because I should not be one limke the countless millionaires on this website,  but I  need some way to make money to live.
