The best thing I can say is if you’re not comfortable buying individual stocks, look into ETFs that track the index, specific sectors (like financials, tech, etc), metals, and fixed income (bonds, treasuries, etc).

Something like....I don't know if I own any interest in the property, but if I do, I am giving whatever rights/ownership I have in the property to you.Probably the best thing to do is go to your title company...give them the deed and the property and ask them what you will need to do to sell it with title insurance in the future and if that is even possible.I see a lot of the treasury auctions give QCD....so IRS/DEA/HSI etc.

A few things to note - the treasury yields are still inverted, government spending is still out of control, the consumer is being squeezed with debt payments, student loans, cost of living hikes, and inflation is above the target goal.
