As Indy expands, areas with a small town feel should do quite well.

I feel confident in the ARV analysis, but the rehab cost estimation prior to an accepted offer is my current bottleneck.Any advice on your workflow would be greatly appreciated! 

A lot of sellers feel the same way when they first hear about owner financing, especially the part about trusting someone you don’t know.
