Hi Jefferson,Great question — you're right that FHA caps at 4 units, which can be limiting.

Pittsburgh is an awesome place to invest and has been appreciating like crazy.I like the suburban areas like Verona, Penn Hills, Aspinwall, Sharpsburg, Etna, Jefferson Hills, Carnegie, Green Tree, and Dormont.
