@Kasia Harmata   Watch this traing video an investor can send to a seller to educate them as to why LO.Why sell on a lease and optionFSBO folks usually have some problem else they'd list with an agent;   too much debt so not enough equity to cover the 10% cost to sell, repairs etc etc.  90% FSBO end up hiring an agent or don't sell.

http://tra...The long story short, they have homes, and renovate it with things that cater towards elderly people by putting in ramps, outfitting showers with handles and holds, wheelchair lift, etc.They have like 3-4 bedrooms, and rent them out by room, one to two people per room.
