I am a die hard Washington redskins fan so here is my unbiased prediction for the playoff teams.

I know some here are die hard RE fans and would scowl at this but for me I liek to buy quality blue chip dividend paying companies that pay a healthy dividend which in turn throws off additional passive income.There are may ways to make money in RE.

(Caveat - I have been a die hard BP fan for 6 years and bought our first home from the 90 day challenge in 2017).  

Old habits die hard.

Preying on those with few resources, money, education, maturity in business playing on emotional strings of giving false hope and implying they have secrets to make them wealthy is about the lowest scam one can pull, only thing worse is selling sugar pills to cure a serious illness and letting people die.

I'm a Louisville grad (undergrad and grad) and a die-hard Cardinal fan!

The real die hards like me may get lucky and be able to squeeze in 2...most like probably 80% of the auctions are at 10am.

I'm a diehard verizon fan; FORGET AT&T if you want decent reliable service.the q runs a stripped down version of windows on it so you can integrate it very easily and it loads way faster than blackberries.the storm sucks so don't go that route.also, you can get a q for much cheaper than an iphone.

The Bogleheads (Vanguard diehards) and Bigger Pockets crowd have plenty of millionaires among each of their ranks, and I'm sure each invest in both asset classes as well as others.
