These social media stars play on the individual's natural sense of greed while giving lip service to their plans to manage exposure, because they tend to only have the same one or two tricks in their bag as everyone else - refinance & raise rents being pretty much it.

The REIT is a bag (portfolio) of different properties and pays distributions based on performance of the whole portfolio.

All the more reason to get the paperwork airtight and avoid verbal agreements.If it were me, I’d hold steady on the month-to-month until the dust settles and everyone is on the same page legally.
