I have seen a lot of people hanging art that is way too small for the wall space.

Design and photography are like the front end to attract guests — and they often get overlooked and minimized (oh you can design it yourself, who cares).You cannot design your property the way you like and want — you need to design with guest in mind and go from there: WHY ARE THEY THERE, WHERE ARE THEY GOING, WHO ARE THEY AND WHAT WOULD MAKE THEM FEEL COMFORTABLE, HAPPY, RELAXED IN YOUR SPACE —— while having fun!

We are okay house hacking if there is a separate kitchen and living place because we like having our own space.

There's huge demand for this space as more people age and need these types of living environments.

I want to get knowlege in this space because its something i want to invest in the future, and currently have a RV rental.  

Universities will put money into new facilities for education but in many case run out of space to build dormitories.
