We can vote the basty nastards out, whatever party they are associated with, if only we as a citizenry would manifest the will to force the change on ourselves and our elected officials.

In my experience (still limited but not a total newb) this manifests itself in two main ways:1.

always get a sewer scope in your inspections.. most plumbing works fine when you have a home inspection and run the water a few minutes and flush each toilet.thing manifest themselves once they are put into real life use. 

Because with education i can manifest a successful career in real estate.  

Now, I manifest daily. 

Job creation, infrastructure advantages, environmental justice, etc.Most definitely with a collaborative TEAM, having a solid business plan, dollars that make sense and a clear vision it would all supersede concerns and set a platform to manifest this idea into a reality.I would be most interested to hear more if you happen upon others who are seriously considering this revitalization of Baltimore neighborhoods as a team effort.
