I have found a few good analytical people and a brokerage that has a sister contracting firm as well as a Property Management company that manages 200 properties for clients.I am looking at the Indy auctions. 

In the mean time I was paying hard money to ( I think) sister company until they got their SH** together.

It is the most densely populated, some of the oldest neighborhoods, and... some of the poorest.My sister lives to the east of Tuxedo's boundary (still..).

They are husbands, mothers, brothers, sisters, etc.

In one case they came back with sistering and joist repairs recommended and in another they pretty much told us what we knew which was a foundation block repair.

Half of it is yours and half is your sister's, if you both agree to split them 50/50.

Furnaces last noticeably long than HVAC systems.I do not sure what amateur sister beam is, but I consider a sister beam the easiest way to address a bad joist especially for prefabbed roof structures.I suspect most cut joists can be brought up to original strength via a simple sister beam of the use of the appropriate Simpson brace.
