I got a trio that gave his home address, he moved in July, no forwarding.

out our way ( dont know where the property is) but if it was west coast.. i can just send  email to customer service at our title company anbd within 5 minutes they will send me a TRIO.A Trio in our market is  copy of last recorded deed.. clearly shows who owns it and legal description of course.

I can send in an e mail asking for a TRIO and get that back witin 30 minutes.. this will be a copy of the last recorded deed the plat map and the tax page.And then we can order developers packages which are big binders full of all sorts of detail .. utls  demographics  topo  agencies to contact all sorts of different maps etc.. all put together in a nice pretty binder for us.. this usually takes about 48 to 72 hours..
