The original poster, psychologically compromised, feels a compulsion to attack the BP members who posters accusing them of self interest, stupidity, being “haters”, jealousy, dishonest, unknowledgeable, and biased.  

I've dealt with dishonest and/or unprofessional investors, realtors, buyers and seller. 

I guess if I have to chose something itś having to encounter utterly dishonest bottom feeders.

If you want to build a sustainable business, it’s important to avoid common pitfalls, maintain integrity, and protect yourself from dishonest parties.

This "positioning" is way to aggressive and in my opinion dishonest.

I hope you have good insurance because I don't appreciate being called dishonest WHEN YOU DON'T KNOW WHO I AM OR HAVE ANY BUSINESS WITH ME because you're going to get your self sued.

Would that encourage them to be dishonest in the future?

I did a cursory internet search when they contacted me and the relatively high ratings and apparently legitimate business structure made me unwary of them being dishonest.

It motivated me to get my real estate license in Ohio so I never had to deal with a dishonest realtor again and could negotiate/represent myself and others.

Many wholesalers, especially independent ones, do shady and even dishonest things to move property.
