He is living fat and happy just off of those 80 weeks he barters.And if you think PMs are dishonest, you ought to see some of the homeowner clients I've come across! 

I called AC installed contractor he says she supposed to switch on thermostat upstairs.Can tenants be this ignorant of thermostat starting.How to teach PM to open tickets after doing basic trouble shooting on the phone  (if not in person in my case my PM employee is local who handles lot of units and always says in court for eviction related appointment cannot talk and person who coordinates repairs  who sits some where in other part of the country or offshore not sure) before opening tickets.I have to train my PM and protect little cash flow from these dishonest estimates and repairs.

They are being dishonest and hiding their the fact that they on the verge of bankruptcy. 

I love when agents are completely dishonest.

Get ready to spend some money on tenant issues, repairs, vandalism, getting taken advantage of people (dishonest contractors and property managers) while you're 2000 miles away. 

I’ve met allot of skilled and honest handy skilled people from Craigslist that charge fair rates, but I love also met allot of dishonest people there.

Being 2000 miles away puts an investor at risk of being taken advantage of by dishonest people  (agents, contractors, tenants, etc) - definitely need to audit any statements by Property Management companies and ask lots of questions. 

If I have done business with one and they were so dishonest that I literally had to engage an attorney just to get my own money back from them, I will inform you as well.

If they won't remove that obviously dishonest one, I'm not going to waste my time trying.
