I manage 400 rentals, 200 storage units, used to manage dozens of vacation rentals, I network with hundreds of leading property managers around the country, and I've literally read hundreds of lease agreements over the years.

My question - - has anyone in this community done this through any strategies, such as 1031 or reverse 1031 or any other vehicles that reduce taxes or limit taxes.
