As you can see, arbitrage is a subject that we have been discussing more than regularly for years but it has slowed down in recent time.I would go do a search on arbitrage if you want more info but you will find most of us here frown on it for good reason.If you are interested in investing, I might do something like this.If you are young and single or married with no kids (kids need the stability so this could be a PITA) then I would look for a triplex or fourplex and buy it with a FHA 3% down loan.

I actually moved from Portland to Columbus, Ohio back in 2020 to start investing and now own 10+ rentals here — and I’ve also helped a lot of out-of-state investors get their start in this market.

Once you complete your first house flip project, take some time to review your actual costs that you spent on the project and compare it to your initial estimates and budgets.Reviewing your final numbers will help you gain a better understanding of how much you actually spent in each Category and identify areas where you underestimated cost and blew your budget.When you buy your next house flip project you will have this valuable learning experience to help you build a more accurate estimate!
