I’ve been watching videos and reading books but eager to get hands on experience now.

Then there are those that watch a dozen YouTube videos and are ready to become instant real estate moguls.Both find the pitfalls and unfortunately many are expensive ones that turn people off from the start.Understanding the market you will be investing in is key and many are doing remote flips in areas they have never set foot in. 

The best approach is to ‘interview’ a handful through video conferencing, etc.

I have taught a video series with this on one of my single family builds recently and also have built several small multifamily construction with a new one coming in the next 9 months where I will do a video series with costs.

I know there are people on line with videos and training, etc. but there’s no guarantee they are actually doing what they talk about.

Also, their training videos are pretty good as well.
