There was legitimate need and necessity for this positioning until the Soviet Union collapsed.

And this specific property has some stubborn weeds, so the lawn care program is a necessity to keep this lawn looking nice.

While I'm not saying it's impossible, but if you haven't done a long distance deal yet, double the necessity of a pro property manager.

So, I'm seeing a lot more shopping centers and malls getting replaced by housing units.I do agree with you, though, that people will always need to buy groceries and other necessities, whether during good or bad times.
