It was pretty expensive, and we did not get that much leads. 65$ is a really good price compared to what my brokerage paid for Zillow.

I would go back with a national brokerage. 

The best way to make those connections is to go to their office and introduce yourself, get coffee, build rapport, and offer to speak at their brokerage on how you can not only be a resource for their clients, but also another stream of income if you offer referral fees.
