They would put down some, most, or all of the money to fund the deal and you would work out an agreement detailing responsibilities for each of the partners. in order to find a partner, you would need to present the deal in as much detail as possible, including purchase price, closing costs, holding costs, renovation cost, resale costs, etc

He recently did a repurpose of a property that had a value of $1m under its acquisition purpose but he sold for $1.5m to a developer leveraging a local law that was recently over turned in large part because of this case.if I hired all work out without doing any training or mentoring, I suspect I could do it on less than a half hour a unit with our processes.

Our primary focus is on buying non-performing loans which we are anticipating taking more of these properties back compared to prior years where we were able to work out more structure with the borrowers or have it sold at third-party auction that of course has other impacts such as making sure you have the right team not only internally but externally with property managers, contractors real estate agents on speed dial.
