Since this is a rental I wouldn't put to much into it, and defiantly stay away from painting those cabinets white they're wood and in good shape and give it a warm feel I would just add a coat of lacquer to make them shine and hardware to update them.

I have not gone skiing in a few years my last trip was to take my tribe to Copper and for fun I check lift tickets at Vail 300 a day per.. now that is becoming an elitist activity Holly cow. family of 4 1200 just for lift tickets.

I had a piece of land under contract to build 3 affordable homes on ($275-325k in my market, 3 bed 2 bath with 2 car garage), had the land under contract for pennies, but it was problem after problem discovering the seller did not own the lot behind it like they stated (backed up to another street) and a mortgage had recently been pulled out on it.
