you know some of these markets are flooded with rentals.. and it could be market symptoms.. everyone and their brother has been buying sfr s and turning them to rentals.. you could have a supply demand issue as well.great pictures are a must though in all marketing.. instant communications for a large outfit may be unrealistic..

that all said we are seeing some price drops in our market but that's a symptom of trying to keep adding appreciation into the pricing every month.and there I no question we have all been spoiled by properties that sell in the matter of days or hours and we all tend to get worried when something has been on the market for 10 days.. :)
