People call me a control freak, I like to call myself a "control enthusiast."

The cops in the area know the guy, he is a career criminal who has held a gun to employees and at her, yet he is still involved in her business dealings and in her house.

My guess for that would be they just aren't the big homeruns that those bigger cabins were a few years ago and most of the people building out there are NOT first timers, they're the experienced owners who have seen huge wins and now they're gun shy on doing anything.

I didn’t know he would go in at gun point, but he got them all out swiftly, dumped all their things on the front lawn and changed the locks.

It was hilarious watching 2 cops pull guns on a 75 year old woman. 

@Kendall Brutus Yeah, I don't get his comments either. seller financing is an option, not a gun against your head.

I hear that it’s not good to be enthusiastic so you don’t come across as a pushy salesperson.I’ve heard a lot of salespeople sound very monotone.I’ve also seen a lot of salespeople, especially newbies, sound very nice over the phone.
