Once you're ready for that duplex/triplex, you’ll be in a stronger position financially and mentally.

Please don't tell me I have a lack mentality.

The team mentality was touted buy not practiced. 

I'm sure you can probably do a rehab in your sleep and hitting HARD timelines in my opinion is good for my mental health and budget. 

I welcome and encourage anyone on the forum to chime in if I may have misrepresented anything, but this has been my mental model after spending countless hours running through different scenarios.I dont have a heloc personally but just curious are they all fixed rate / or are some of them variable when rates rise the interest rate rises or when rates fall the interest rates fall.   

And stress that chewed into our mental, emotional, and financial health.Five months passed.

I had an acquaintance in the syndication business contact me after the 2008 financial debacle and tell me that continuing dealing with irate investors, properties hemorrhaging money, tenants not paying rent, and vacancies was resulting in a mental breakdown, ill health, and hospital stays.  

Our State school for mental handicap is being shut down after about 150 years.  

Cutting and running when trouble occurs in this business is a failing mentality.

A lot depends on an individuals motivation, dedication, learning capacity, decision making capacity, analytical ability, time available, support system, mental state, and yes, luck.
