Why the singular focus on distressed opportunities?

People hear of others "striking gold" and than run out, with a singular focus of duplication, yet completely NOT doing actions of duplication, instead doing IMITATION not duplication. 

Your singularly focusing on what you have to gain at the moment for such, and acting in ignorant bliss of what the cost will be to achieve such. 

And specifically, any singular SubTo can be prosecuted at any time at the federal or state level if not done legally and properly.

That acts as a check and balance against vendors and makes sure you don't become too singularly dependent on one party.

You'll get lots of people that tell you that it's not worth it or WL should only be used for one singular purpose because it's life insurance (ref @Josh St Laurent) but if you already understand the value and benefits of WL and infinite banking you are on a good heading. 

Would you combine the lots, then zone it as a singular mobile home park? 

Furthermore, my advice is to pick a singular investment thesis or asset class.
