Mineral rights? 

A friend of mine rented her property near a base and connected with military housing officers at the Family Support Center, which helped secure steady tenants.

They are inexpensive, they usually come with mineral rights (big plus in Texas), they typically have short redemption periods, low rehab costs, and sell quickly at the right price; they also have large ROI. 

This was the most high risk investment I've ever seen, and keep in mind I've done oil, gas & mineral exploration investments so that's really saying something. 

You could easily buy a turnkey home through a company like mine, Real Wealth Network, and its the same thing minus the 15% fee.

The new buyer would have to honor the pre-existing oil rights of the oil company.My question is: is it possible to transfer oil rights but not mineral rights?

I have mine really nicely furnished with good quality furniture and high end finishes (quartz, stainless steel appliances). 

There is a lot of misconceptions still, about what it is, how it is mined and how it could penetrate daily lives even more than the internet did and does. 100k is the low end...Mcafee ( the security software guy) is a coin miner and says that he bets bitcoin hits 1 million by 2020 or he will eat his own private parts.

That bitcoin mining stock picked up another 70k miners to triple up capacity.
