Hello,New account...I'm trying to setup my off market finder with Invelo, and it says as a pro member, it's a one time payment of 9.99 but when I start the payment process it wants to charge me $80 a month.... where do I go to get the correct pricing, or is this false advertising?

The issue is if you are investing long distance, don't have the time to oversee the property, and don't have relationships in the market, that's a recipe to get ripped off.Study the market and trust, but verify any vendor you use out there.I own commercial and multifamily property all around the county and live in Orange County.
