The problem with that method is typically it's the skilled investors with long track records that people are willing to give money to and be a silent partner as opposed to people new to the industry.If I may offer some unsolicited advise, if you ask shorter, more concise questions in the forums you'll get more responses.

The trick is to ask them how they know your prospective tenants and to get them to tell you the info your tenant gave you as opposed to asking them yes or no questions about what the tenants told you.

Rather than saying "exterior" or "property grounds", maybe consider something like "grab the marshmallows & head to the fire pit".Since you allow 1 dog maybe consider allowing 2 dogs to increase bookings?
