Could anyone share what the typical workmanship warranties are for subcontractors such as electricians, plumbers, framers, concrete, and HVAC professionals, particularly in the southern U.S.?

To qualify as a real estate professional the IRS requires that you work a minimum of 750 hours per year in real estate.
