sespically like if you wanted to rent for 2 to 4 weeks like I want to do in prime fishing time.. used to be able to do that in Palm Springs I rented a house for there for 4 months I think it was 12k.. that was 2008 before the crash :)  That's a good point and brilliant idea Jay. 

Just like with the stock market, it will not seem like a great time to buy… (when things are likely crashing for one reason or another).

I see this market exactly like I saw the years after the crash of 08.   

Over the years I've seen so many people crash and burn and because they were unable to pay the expenses during problem times.

If the numbers make sense now (e.g. monthly payments, rental income if applicable), that’s more important than trying to predict a crash that may or may not come.Good luck!
