At 25yo you have plenty of time and while seeking perfection is a losing battle I respect you being thoughtful as opposed to jumping on deals that don’t make sense. 

We do have a long term strategy, we are ready for the uphill fight for common sense and justice. 

Having reliable contractors is half the battle in this business.Biggest tip for now: focus on cash flow, not just appreciation.

Now wait a second, I didn't yet say that I've been battling through a lengthy divorce that came at me out of the blue after I'd just gotten my second contract after about six weeks in the program.

Financially, the cost of battling this guy is going to far exceed the cost of paying $200.Is he listed on any platforms where you can give him poor reviews?

That was a you know what trying to fight them which Ijust paid it as it was not clear if its each HOA that has super lien priority or them together - but it was not worth fighting the legal battle over a few grand.
