I’m wondering: how do you identify solid cash-flow markets?

In this case, everyone pitching in would need to have a legitimate, meaningful job role, clearly detailed in a partnership agreement.

Essentially, both do the same job just for different types of loans.

I normally vacation along the Florida panhandle like Perdido key, Panama city beach etc. and so naturally, as a real estate investor my antennae go up when I travel there and my curiosity starts to tug at me wondering if this is something viable for me. 

Two Reasons: First, because 50M people in this country either work gig jobs or are illegal immigrants, when they lose their jobs or have their hours scaled back, it doesn't show up on official unemployment stats.

It is a job.

Wondering about doing this as we have so many properties in our complex that share common items, pool, laundry facility, golf cart parking, etc.

How can you make the jump from doing real estate on the side to making it your full time job. 

We have had a lot of life changes recently, including the birth of our first daughter, but currently have very little expenses as we are staying with her parents for the time being and wanted to take advantage of this opportunity to begin to create long term financial moves.I am interested in long term rentals, single or multifamily homes and I am wondering if anyone here has experience with markets in west Kentucky and what your experience has been.

If you did that much work yourself I wonder why you made an insurance claim?
