No one that has been at real estate for more than a couple years has had no losers, and when you lose your family's money, well sometimes those close knit families aren't nearly as close knit and you start getting people playing sides.

The travel nurse industry especially is very tight-knit, and the more you do the better your property will do!

I'm fortunate that I grew up in a close knit group of people that are extremely intelligent, hard working, goal driven individuals.  

USE THIS STRATEGY: Get a tight-knit group of experienced investors willing to write off-market offers any time.

One of the items that was "knit picked" was the fact that the sender used ONLY his first name.For you yellow letter specialists, do you only use your first name in the letter or do you use your full real name?

My vision would be a close knit community living a "greener" life than most.

The market here is pretty tight knit and the activity in those groups is a good way to get your foot in the door to those relationships.  

In the meantime, I’m going to be spending as much time as possible learning and understanding Real Estate via books, podcasts, meet ups if there are any recommended in my area, and importantly this forum as I can already see it is a close knit bunch here and everybody seems eager to help each other out which is awesome.

Keep in mind this is 12-Month process so it's better to approach it with a building mindset.They seem to have a well-knit culture which allows them to streamline the process.
