I typically won't refer anyone to anything unless I know enough about it to do so.Just a thought . . .Please understand how obnoxious it looks to people when a company has people that do nothing but try to recruit your members all day and night (for a large referral fee/commission/whatever).

I'm approaching retirement, so I no longer have to worry about it - but I promise you that if a recruiter called me with an opportunity in Boston, it would take a gun to my head for me to sign up for another 2 hours of bumper-to-bumper commute each morning.

People severely questioned the legitimacy of for profit colleges, online degrees, and accelerated programs when they all first came out about 20 years ago, but all of those programs and schools are showing to be a success in the real world.I have done a lot of research on these certificate programs over the past 2 years, speaking to many HR recruiters, hiring managers, and higher education professionals.
