I would recommend staying away from vinyl planks with adhesive tabs, they are notoriously problematic and fall apart easily when any direct sunlight hits them.

If an agreement cannot be reached then the owner is entitled to a court determination of value in a condemnation action (lawsuit), but the public body can take the property immediately upon deposit of the estimated value. 3) to sentence a convicted defendant to death. 4) send to prison.

This is what a quick google search revealed:  In Michigan, possession must be actual, visible, open, notorious, exclusive, hostile, continuous, and uninterrupted for the statutory period of 15 years.The laws in VA where I live are written the same way.
