Fortunately the president of the condo association of ours was relaxed and wasn’t on us about exterior renovations too much.

Or i might just relax this summer at my newly purchased cottage.

A little more relaxed of a region, with a wide variety of homes old & new.

(There are a lot of reasons I am on the fence about cryptos, they are essentially fiat too except they don't have the military muscle to back them up).

 A: In terms of STRs, things used to be a lot more relaxed here and you could get away with more - yurts, campers/trailers, tents, weddings and events, etc. but now they are enforcing everything a lot more than they used to, and that will only continue to happen more in the future.
