People can spend $5 per day on cigarettes or drugs, so they have money.Also, a lot of elderly people are living on social security. 

It is illegal discrimination everywhere, however there are exceptions if you live in the building or if an elderly person does.

In three weeks, I have 4 inquiries and two months later, I have placed a 51-year-old nursing assistant, her common-law husband, and their grown kid, with elderly dog, in place. income from the nursing assistant alone is well over $2400/month.
