Hi @Ori Skloot,Only way to have a definitive answer would be to fork a completed appraisal and preliminary title report over to underwriting.

If I wager - none move out that were not planning to move out already - moving is expensive - moving is a pain - and if market rent is rising than I am guessing there is not vacancy signs everywhere so they will need to find something they actually want.
