I gave a fully functional 1980s fridge, and one of those giant garage freezers that were popular in decades past, away to the first person that showed up with a truck, like 2 months ago.

It is on the top floor over the garage mostly.The rest of the house is 5 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, with a huge living room, huge family room, giant dining area and massive kitchen and 3 car garage. 

Anything you can do to de-accentuate that giant wall of white will be good.  

You've more or less got to abuse or neglect a typical German shepherd for it to be anything but a gentle giant...

In CA anyway, if you sign up for monthly spraying, if there is any kind of infestation, such as a giant trail of ants in the kitchen, they'll treat that for free.And that way, if she starts hollering that the place is uninhabitable, you can always point to the fact that you have regular pest control.Another option is what we called the "happy clause" where we just tell a tenant that it appears they aren't happy in the unit, and if they want to move, all they need to do is give 30 days notice.  

I'm guessing the answer is a giant no. 

Now, if they put giant bolts into the studs, which required some massive drywall repair, okay, they should be charged for that.  

But, I think you should deny these guys.The fiance not filling out an application and not giving you his employer info is a giant red flag.  

perhaps you like charity work. buy a big pot and create a soup kitchen.if tenants unexpectedly decide to pay rent, save that for more giant pots.

as you can see from the photos there is a giant window which can easily be broken and have access to the lock.
