It's great we have the community in Erie that is so tight knit.

I spend all of my time whittling my buyer's list down as small as possible to a tight-knit group of buyers, investors, and teams that will always close the deal.

Know your goals and stick to your knitting!

Since the communities are so close-knit I would think that to be successful you would almost have to become part of their family.  

Kind of like knit night....which we also do.

The TK community is pretty tight knit and demand is so strong, that I can imagine that if you miss an EM payment more than once, you wont be eligible for future deals.

@Alexander Felice, I think it's incredible to see that you've built such a close-knit social circle out of a virtual meeting place. 

The tight knit of support unraveled very quickly when the eviction notices went out.
