In the meantime, I’m going to be spending as much time as possible learning and understanding Real Estate via books, podcasts, meet ups if there are any recommended in my area, and importantly this forum as I can already see it is a close knit bunch here and everybody seems eager to help each other out which is awesome.

The TK community is pretty tight knit and demand is so strong, that I can imagine that if you miss an EM payment more than once, you wont be eligible for future deals.
