I spend all of my time whittling my buyer's list down as small as possible to a tight-knit group of buyers, investors, and teams that will always close the deal.

In the meantime, I’m going to be spending as much time as possible learning and understanding Real Estate via books, podcasts, meet ups if there are any recommended in my area, and importantly this forum as I can already see it is a close knit bunch here and everybody seems eager to help each other out which is awesome.

Since the communities are so close-knit I would think that to be successful you would almost have to become part of their family.  

Know your goals and stick to your knitting!

The TK community is pretty tight knit and demand is so strong, that I can imagine that if you miss an EM payment more than once, you wont be eligible for future deals. 

I’d Atleast make them knit sweaters or bake cookies to sell on the open market to off set the rent loss !

@Alexander Felice, I think it's incredible to see that you've built such a close-knit social circle out of a virtual meeting place. 

. - You Get A Network Especially if you go into finance or business, another incredible value from going to college is you walk away integrated into a very close-knit network of professionals, who will give you the time of day, over others, simply because you went to the same school.

Kind of like knit night....which we also do.
