Does anyone have tips on locating overseas investors for commercial properties in Arkansas?

Of course this was in Arkansas so Florida may be a bit different but it can be done and you have to act fast... it really helped us to get the seller to sign off on us being able to contact the bank directly early on.

I'm currently in Northwest Arkansas, Centerton specifically and for those of you that aren't familiar, it's an amalgam of several towns/cities in the extreme Northwest of Arkansas and home to Walmart, Tyson Foods, and J.B.

I lived in Springfield for 5 years and turned my SFH into a rental when I moved to Northwest, AR in 2017 and have been renting it ever since.

I've been introduced to real estate in April of 2018 and since then I've been reading books, listening to podcasts, researching in BiggerPockets, and meeting with investors.I've purchase my first turnkey property in Little Rock, Arkansas in June and I'm looking to start doing BRRRRs (in Kansas City) to scale and gain more experience.

we have rentals all over south Arkansas.
