Christan or non religious alike you can not be a bad steward of your money.I won't bore you with the numerous times I have counted on renters or buyers and even sellers to treat me with the same respect they demand but because I'm a cold hearted investor some how it's OK to lie renegociate disregard contracts not keep time lines you name it I have delt with it.
